All our skincare products are 100% authentic. If you receive a product and believe it’s not genuine, you must report it within 7 days, and upon verification, a full refund will be issued.

No Return if Product Matches Description & Images
If the product matches the description and photo, it cannot be returned.

Not Responsible for Skin Reactions After Use
If you purchase a product on your own decision and experience skin issues after use, Vorosha will not be held responsible, as skin sensitivity varies from person to person.

Eligible for Exchange If Skin Type Shared Before Purchase
If you inform us about your skin condition before purchasing, and we recommend a product based on that, and it causes any issue, you are eligible for exchange within 7 days.

Exchange Only for Equal or Higher Value Products
If you wish to exchange a product, you can choose another product of equal or higher value (you’ll need to pay the price difference).
Products of lower value cannot be exchanged.

✅ Inspect the Product Before Accepting from Courier
Before accepting the delivery from the courier, please inspect the product and packaging carefully. If there’s any damage, report it immediately to the courier.
Vorosha will not be responsible for any damage after acceptance.

📮 Return or Exchange Delivery Charges
All return, exchange, or product servicing shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
